What is the cost of using NINJAnow?
NINJAnow operates on a pay-as-you-go model with no setup or ongoing monthly fees. The cost to use NINJAnow is $3 per order + 2.99%.
Are there any other costs to using NINJAnow?
There are no setup fees, monthly fees, late order fees, cancelled order fees, or menu change fees.
When and how do I get paid?
You will receive direct deposits to your account for every order approximately every 3 days. We do not hold your funds and do a lumpsum deposit every week or month - you get paid as the orders come in.
What types of businesses can partner with NINJAnow?
NINJAnow will deliver for any business that we are legally permitted to deliver for including restaruants, liquor stores, pharmacies, florists, deparment/hardware stores, grocery stores, cornerstores and more.
What do I need to provide to partner with NINJAnow?
We simply need banking information for direct deposits, your menu, your hours of operation, and space on your existing website to add a direct link to your NINJAnow menu.
What does NINJAnow provide me?
We provide a network of delivery drivers, in-store marketing material, on-demand restaurant support from our live Support team, and a web-based platform to process online orders.
What if I want to cancel my partnership with NINJAnow?
In the rare event you feel NINJAnow is not the right choice for you, you can terminate services at any time, at no charge.
Can I change my online menu?
You will have access to your online menu at all times and are encouraged to make any ongoing changes as needed. Our Support team is also available to assist with menu changes on an ongoing basis at no charge.
